By Mini Movie Maker Picked up this minifigure to use in my mini movies on the same role Chancelor Palpatine did in the movies. ONLY with a slite twist of fate. The hair color on this paticular minifigure is definately ODD. It should be gray, but it looks like it is a blonde color. Guess I will have to pick up a Count Duku minifigure and use his hairpiece for this minifigure. Cause even in the Phantom menace, Chancelor's hair was silver-gray.

It is a typical lego character: well made, comes apart, including tiny red cape and hair. Although not the most popular character, brings great joy to my son....because he's the mean chancellor ;)
