Great plane! Easy to fly! Jul 25, 2009
By Richie Rich Great for beginners. Easy to fly and maneuver. Gets 10-15 minutes of flight. Does nose dive a bit but if you wedge the battery to the back it works like a charm.

Megatech B3 plane Oct 04, 2009
By W. Hadley This plane is great for someone who already knows how to fly them. It says for beginners, but my boys 12 and 14 ruined the first plane without much work. They doctored it up with grey tape and skotch tape many times. Once they had the feeling of how it handles, we bought another one. Now they think it's the BEST plane ever made! You really need to purchase two..one to practice and one for once you've learned.

Seriously if u cant fly this thing your a noob Nov 17, 2009

Well let me first start off by saying ehem yes.If u cant fly this thing your a noob no joke. The battery has to be slid all the way to the back of the foam box cut inlay standing up so u see where the wires connect into the top of the battery. To keep it from sliding around just insert some pieces of staw on the side or just cut a piece of foam from the packing and glue a rectangle piece infront of it so it does not move. You can even stick something behind it for more weight but its not detrimental.Do not fly in your backyard well if u have a nice sized one then your cool and good to go.To correctly fly it - its best to coax it in strides of gusts zoom fast let off the power let it fall a little then full power again and it will climb even higher and then when u have it high enough let errrrr rip and u will own the skys easy very simple. The Car charger is the best thing since sliced white bread plug charge then your off.If u wanna spend time either constantly recharging batteries for the remote get an air hog from spin master and have at it or u can just spend money on batteries and throw em away because air hogs charge off the remote lame !.I have air hogs as well but my friend rigged his controllers so there is no need for wasting time charging batteries but still why the trouble of even having to rig air hog controllers to charge the batteries and plane at the same time still gonna need a charging pack and a car. Ok back to the B3 from MEGATECH Seriously there is no need for a wall charger most case senario you should NOT fly it in a crowded neighborhood.Best flown in a big backyard or in a open school field or any place thats open and free from obstacles.Any real hoobie GO-ER would love the car charger then there is no reason for a power inveter so u can plug your wall charger into the box just go direct cig lighter pluggggggg kabam hello ! If you dont have a car sorry then u should not have this plane get an air hog and waste batteries or waste time recharging them because the dominator the jet scream and the Fox Fires from air hogs chew batteries and spit them out and most case senario dont fully charge the plane causing it to stall because the batteries dip in power and time for a new set of batttttsss !!.Good day hope that helped some of the haters and some of the new comers to the crazy sick looking B3 from megatech !!!!!!!
What to do with your B3 Sep 30, 2010

This is a good plane to get no matter what your experience is. But there are a couple of things you need to know to get the most out of this plane. Always turn on the remote before plugging in the battery and turning on the plane. When you turn off the plane, first flip the power switch, then pull out the battery before you turn off the remote. Doing this will make it so that your remote has longer range and the battery lasts longer. If you leave the battery plugged in when you're not flying, it will use up the battery life. When turning, release the throttle at the same time you turn. When the plane starts to dive put the throttle back on. If you follow these instructions, you'll think of the plane like me and not the people who gave it bad reviews.
B3 stealth bomber Feb 26, 2010

I purchased the following Megatech products because they looked good:
The Night flyer
Hydro Fly 2
B3 stealth
They all have one thing in common; they all didn't work properly. The B3 came in great condition. I charged and recycled the battery. But when I tried to fly the plane, it would shut off intermittently till finally shutting off completely. After several attempts resulting in unsuccessful flights, I contacted Megatech. They said I could return it. I sent it and paid $30+ for postage. Unbelievable! Wish they could have sent a return authorization. I can't really give a flight review because it's still being repaired. I wanted to see how this plane flies because it flew fine on the videos.
It is not fair to assume the company sells defective products based on poor performance of certain products I purchased. These products had issues for whatever reason. I happen to be the one who bought a defective product. This ever happen to you? It's hard to see others having fun with the same product and yours is not working. It's unfair and frustrating when it happens.
I suppose it is unwarranted to order online. You just don't know what you're getting. I hope when I get the unit back, it will work. I haven't had much success with Megatech products. But again, it is not fair to assume this product is not good because I had one that didn't work. The online videos on youtube show the unit working fine. All you can do is hope for the best.
