Have bad luck with getting used items from Amazon...this had been returned due to missing pieces once...Amazon turned around and shipped right back out...still missing pieces..this boat was very expensive and was a Christmas present..Amazon shipped used item...to me right before Christmas...had no time to return it...had to wait 4 weeks for replacement...was adventually made right...also has happened with 700.00 digital camera...p90x workouts...and many other items...be aware if it is prime shipping probably coming from Amazon warehouse...that is full of returned items...not sure if seller or amazons fault...but very disappointing..
