5Best foamy by far  Oct 07, 2008 By folsom_blues
Cons - hardly any; only issue I had was with both left and right main gears falling off after a rough landing. Easy enough to fix. Other T-28 owners that i know have had the same issue.
Pros - Too many to list. flight characteristics are superb, flight time with a 2100mAh battery pack is around 15 min. Very well constructed. Stock motor and prop combonation are perfect and yield great climb and top speed performance.

5Great low wing/aileron trainer  Jun 21, 2008 By B. Kennedy "BK"
This is my first low wing plane, but my second with ailerons. While not for a total beginner, an experienced novice who has mastered keeping track of your plane's orientation can handle this plane with little difficulty. It has noticeable dihedral and is stable without being too touchy on the control sticks. It is very durable and has endured with little damage many rough landings. It looks great in the air and is definitely a good value.

5Excelent Park Flyer!  Mar 03, 2009 By Ernetso Ruiz
I have to congrats Park Zone developers on this one!.
I only had 2 Issues: The rear Landing gears does not take to much of rough landings and the wing attachment to the fuselage found it to loose.

As for this I solved it as follows: I glued with Poxi the Landing Gears and the Wing to the Fusulage.
This are the only issues. It works and flies terrific.

As for this everything is in Favor!!!!!. Price of PNP wich is the one I have es good
I have a great time flying this plane. It is very stable and do some basic manuvers. I should add that flying in local park I take a lot of "wows" and "Excelent" , "amazing" , Beautifull" from the crowd when they see this T-28 doing its thing!

Good Work Parkzone! Keep it up!

5A great plane for beginners and up  Jan 01, 2011 By Carlos Alvarez
My son and I love this plane. It's his first, and it has been a great trainer. But it's not limited in performance like simpler trainers, so he's doing loops and rolls and will likely use this plane for a long time. Repairs after a crash are easy, and it's pretty durable. Parts are pretty cheap to replace. Easy assembly.

5Great 2nd Plane !  Mar 21, 2011 By Fly_Boy
I just started flying in January 2011. My first plane was the Dynam 4Ch Hawk Sky Electric Glider. I bought it for around $100.00 from NitroPlanes. This is a great package, as it comes with everything you need to get started flying, including a decent radio, receiver combo and one battery. I flew the Hawk Sky for about 25-30 flights before I felt like I was ready to purchased the T-28 Trojan PNP. The Trojan is a great all around trainer plane, and is very nimble and responsive on the controls compared to the Hawk Sky, but not so quick that it scares you. The T-28 Trojan is a pleasure to fly, ( it almost fly's itself after you get it all trimmed in properly. . . I said almost ). The T-28 Trojan can perform great acrobatic flying tricks and is very stable and light. The plane has a very good glide-path and floats down onto the runway with great ease for a very light landing most times. The great thing about the plane is that you can crash it repeatedly, when your still learning how to fly like me, and then simply glue it back together and go fly again the next day. I know this because I've crashed and then glued it back together now about 3 or 4 times so far, and I've only flown it about 20 times since I bought it in mid February. I highly recommend this plane for the beginner/intermediate flier who is still learning how to fly and wants to progress to the next level in this hobby. If your going to purchase this plane, then I also highly recommend that you go ahead and buy at least two additional batteries so that you have three total batteries to start off with, including the one that comes with the package. I discovered this fact after I first bought the Hawk Sky Glider Plane and would go fly it with my one fully charged battery, and then be bummed that I didn't have any more flight time, as I would just be starting to get the hang of it but would have to pack it in for lack of an additional fully charged battery. :( I recommend purchasing your extra batteries at HobbyPartz, as they only carry high quality name brand batteries, that are priced low and include free shipping on all orders. So in summary, the T-28 Trojan is a great 2nd plane to get when you're just starting off in this hobby, but if you want to get this plane as your first plane, then at least do us all a favor at the local flying field and log a number of hours on a good flight simulator before attempting to fly it for the first time. :)
