good starter kit Jun 27, 2010
good starter kit for getting back into modeling. since decided to go to enamels.....but good paint.

testors always has god paints. there pretty basic colors if you ask me. there good for model planes, cars tanks and belive it or not there good for making custom lego minifigures. it's good for people who are just starting to use model paints. the thinner can be useful at times to. i just wish the bottles were bigger. you can used a dried out thin tipped sharpie for smaller details to. have fun.

Testors always makes great paint, so this is a great set, good price, and the paint sits well on model parts. Only thing I wish is the thinner comes in a bigger bottle.

This kit is pretty generic, I would have liked it more if was made for model planes or cars. I ended up purchasing other colors that I needed anyway, it probably would be a good idea to purchase only the colors that you need unless you assemble lots of models and could use all of the colors in the kit. The paint its self is pretty good.

These paints were a bit expensive plus the freight. The product is good, though the equivalent could be obtained at a better better price.
