not much to say here... it's a great lego r2d2.. I used to try and make r2 out of my space legos years ago but never got close to this one.. it's a very good likeness to r2 in miniature lego scale.

My son loves loves loves Legos, and specifically, Lego Star Wars...whenever he loses one of his treasured figures I know the first and best place to look is Amazon. Such was the case with R2D2, which came in just a few days and made him oh so happy...Of course, days later he found his other one, so now he has two...which is awesome for him :-) There simply are not a lot of other ways that you can replace these little stinkers, when they inevitably get lost, so I am very thankful that Amazon has these!!

The description of this toy is inadequate and the price is exorbitant for the size and value of the toy. When I opened the package to send to my grandson, I thought that it was an extra part left out of the larger Star Wars Legos set that I ordered for him. I paid $14.99 for a toy that was perhaps 1/2" high; according to the description the shipping weight is 1 lb, implying that the item is much larger than it actually is; the cost per gram probably exceeds the cost of gold, no kidding.I don't think that I've ever been so disappointed with a purchase.
