It is a good idea to keep a few spare tail props on hand to let you keep flying in case yours is damaged in a crash or by trying to bend it back into shape. It is fairly easy to damage the tail propeller if you keep the power while skimming off the floor after crashing, getting stuck in furniture or impacting against a ceiling fan.
