Introduction: This Brand New 3 Channel mini rc helicopter is the world's newest, smallest and lightest RC Helicopter you can get! At only 5" long, it easily fits in the palm of your hand and is fully functional, which makes this helicopter an instant hot seller in the RC worldl. The mini helicopter charges directly from the controller which uses "AA" batteries and has a full-function trim control for the perfect flight. What is the advantage of Coaxial Rotor Blade design ? Since the introduction of Picoo Z, it brought a whole new chapter in remote control helicopter industry, something that is affordable, and easy to control, most important of all, it brings you loads of fun and the 3D excitement. But after a while, when you master the skill of flying, you start to wonder why it only goes in circular motion. With numerous time of attempting, it's just frustrating to control it in the direction that you demand it to go. You may have seen other 3 Channel helicopters that can go forward and backward, but at least you will have to keep adjusting several buttons to turn it under control. That probably make you too busy to mange those buttons meanwhile having to keep an eye of where the helicopter is heading

5Great step up from the simpler 2-channel models  Jan 20, 2009 By Knight Owl
This is the 4th mini heli I've owned/flown, but the 1st 3-channel model. It's actually very easy to learn to fly, especially if you've flown the 2-channels. It's also very fun, as you can control it quite well, and it's very stable. Many 3-channel helis cost much more, but for the money, I'm happy with this. And, my toddler just loves watching it fly around, which makes me even happier. I only wish it would fly longer on a charge. I get about 5-7 minutes of continuous flight on a full charge, which is at the low end of their claims. Maybe my battery isn't quite up to snuff.

5MINI SHARK CHOPPER  Sep 11, 2009 By Randy E. Zischkau
THIS THREE CHANNEL CHOPPER IS FAR SUPERIOR TO MY
OLDER TWO CHANNEL, IT IS EASIER TO HOVER AND THEN
YOU USE THE EXTRA CHANNEL TO GO FORWARDS AND BACK.

5A Christmas gift that was a big hit with my 9yo.  Jan 02, 2011 By J. Salch "Jack Salch"
The Syma Micro Chopper is easy to fly and seems to be durable enough. My 9yo finds much joy in flying this chopper around the house. I don't mind flying it either.

5Great Flyer  Nov 18, 2010 By not at the table carlos
I have flown many mini and micro helicopters and this rates as one of the best! Very easy and quick learning curve, my cats hate me now! I would recommend for any beginner.

5Awesome entertainment for the money  Jul 16, 2010 By Phrancis
Inexpensive and very fun to fly around the house. A micro RC helicopter that doesn't cost and arm and a leg, that can take a beating and still be relatively easy to fly accurately was every little boy's dream. I'm in my 30's and this is one of the best toys I've ever owned. I have the original foam 2 ch SpinMasters helicopter which was loads of fun when it first came out. I had my doubts about this cheap Chinese knockoff, but the construction looks way better than styrofoam with stickers and 3 channels really address the control shortcoming of the older choppers.

As far as durability it's probably a bit more durable than the spinmasters one in that the main rotor blades are hinged so they fold back and don't break or crack as easily when hitting walls. As far as educational value, well it looks like a traditional helicopter, but the propeller configuration and flight control schemes are much different - probably cheaper to produce but less "accurate" or true to life.

Charge and flight time are about the same, you still need a screwdriver to open the remote's battery compartment and tiny tweezers to turn on the chopper's switch, you still have to adjust trim a lot and and have fine coordination with the controls, but its less of a learning curve than the 2 ch toys and the maneuverability is much more precise. Be prepared for bad "Engrish" on the instruction manual and going through lots of AA batteries, so get some rechargables!
