Ordered the wrong product Jul 06, 2010 Ordered this for use on a project (unrelated to its' intended use). Being unfamiliar, I ordered the wrong size - no fault of the supplier - just too tiny. I re-ordered and got what I needed. I didn't return the original order (it was very inexpensive, so I just "ate it" - no, not the part - the cost. It came promptly and I have since, done more business with this company.
